LLG files First Amendment lawsuit against Arkansas Gov. Huckabee-Sanders challenging the LEARNS Act as unconstitutional.

Walls, et al. v. Sanders, et al. 4:24-CV-270-LPR
Laux Law Group has filed a lawsuit against Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Education Secretary Jacob Oliva claiming section 16 of LEARNS, which bans the “indoctrination” of students, is unconstitutional, and that it infringes on the First and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
